- In a pan drizzle some oil and heat to medium.
- Add your chopped onion and garlic and let cook down a bit. When the onion is soft go ahead and add the pulled pork and white wine and mix it around.
- Add the sweet and sour sauce and give a big stir. At this point there should be a little liquid from the meat and the sauce and wine, which is what you want. If you want more sauce feel free to add more.
- When the meat is nice and cooked (which is it was from the start but you know what I mean) go ahead and set up your buns and scoop a large spoonful on to each bun. Top with the asian slaw and do this until you are out of meat and all the sliders are made!
