Sweet & Sour Cauliflower


Preparation Time: 35 minutes

  • 5 cups cauliflower florets
  • 3 tablespoons sunflower oil
  • 1 Tablespoon sesame oil
  • ⅓ cup corn starch
  • 1 7oz jar Dynasty Sweet and Sour Sauce
  • 4 cups steamed Nishiki white rice, for serving
  • Thinly sliced green onions for garnish
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Cover baking sheet with parchment or foil and grease.
  3. In a large bowl, combine cauliflower and oil and toss to coat. Add cornstarch and toss to coat again.
  4. Transfer coated cauliflower to greased pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes until cauliflower starts to brown. Stir the cauliflower around and bake another 5 minutes.
  5. While the cauliflower is baking, add sweet and sour sauce to a small or medium saucepan, and heat until bubbly. Set aside.
  6. In a large heat-safe bowl, combine roasted cauliflower and sauce. Serve with steamed rice and top with sliced green onions.
