- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Cover baking sheet with parchment or foil and grease.
- In a large bowl, combine cauliflower and oil and toss to coat. Add cornstarch and toss to coat again.
- Transfer coated cauliflower to greased pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes until cauliflower starts to brown. Stir the cauliflower around and bake another 5 minutes.
- While the cauliflower is baking, add sweet and sour sauce to a small or medium saucepan, and heat until bubbly. Set aside.
- In a large heat-safe bowl, combine roasted cauliflower and sauce. Serve with steamed rice and top with sliced green onions.
