Sweet Strawberry Roll

Ingredients
  • 1 sheet Nagai Soyeat pink soy paper wrap
  • 1 thin slice of square white bread
  • 1 tbsp. and 2 tsp. whipped cream
  • 3 strawberries
Directions
  1. Cut off  the bread crust and roll the crustless bread lightly with a rolling pin to thin it out.
  2. Lay the bread slice on a piece of plastic wrap and spread with whipped cream. Lay the strawberries in a line facing sideways along one end of the bread, then  roll into a log.
  3. Cut the Nagai Soyeat pink soy paper wrap to the width of the bread, then roll around the sandwich log. Slice into 4 pieces, then plate.
