3.5 oz J-Basket Udon Noodles (Dried) or 8 oz (Frozen/Cooked)
3 oz Kikkoman Teriyaki BBQ Sauce, Original
2 tablespoons chopped green onion
Directions
Saute the vegetables. Heat oil over medium heat in a skillet. Add the sliced onion, broccoli florets, and red bell pepper. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender and beginning to caramelize.
Add the noodles and sauce. Reduce the heat to medium-low. Add the J-Basket Udon Noodles and pour in the Kikkoman Teriyaki BBQ Sauce, Original. Toss everything together and cook for 4 minutes longer, until the noodles are heated through and well coated. Serve hot, topped with fresh chopped green onion.
