Thai Basil Chicken


15 Minutes

  • 2 tsp. Dynasty oyster sauce
  • 2 tsp. Dynasty Fish Sauce
  • 1 tsp. Kikkoman Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp. dark soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 1 ½ Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 Thai chili
  • 1 red bell pepper, julienne
  • 7 oz. chicken thighs, cut into bite size pieces
  • 1 cup Thai basil leaves
  • sliced green onion, for garnish
  1. Add the oyster sauce, Dynasty Fish Sauce, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, and water to a bowl. Mix to combine.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium high heat. Add in the garlic and chili and cook for 10 seconds until fragrant. Then add in the red bell pepper and chicken. Cook for 3-5 minutes until cooked through. 
  3. Pour in the sauce mix and cook for about 1 minute until the sauce has reduced. 
  4. Mix in the Thai basil and cook until wilted. Garnish with green onions and enjoy!
