Thai Red Curry Noodles

Total Time: 25 minutes



  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh ginger
  • 3 tbsp red curry paste
  • 2 tbsp Dynasty Sesame Oil
  • 4 cups vegetable or chicken broth
  • 4 cups J-Basket coconut milk
  • 2 packs of Dynasty Saifun Bean Threads


  • Fresh cilantro,
  • Fresh thai basil
  • Fresh red chilis
  • 1 Sprig green onions, garnish
  1. Combine the garlic, ginger and curry paste in a small bowl. Add the Dynasty Sesame oil and combine everything well.
  2. In a large pot, heat the curry-coconut paste over medium heat, frying the paste gently for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add the chicken broth and deglaze the pot. Add the coconut milk and bring the broth to a boil. Season to taste with kosher salt
  4. Turn off the heat and place the Dynasty Saifun Bean Threads in the boiling broth and let the soup sit while the noodles cook and soak up the hot broth.
  5. When the noodles are ready, transfer to a soup bowl and garnish with fresh cilantro, thai basil, red chilis and green onions.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
