FInely chop the scallions. Mix together Wakou #1 tonkotsu ramen soup base , milk, soy sauce, and 1 tbsp. sesame oil to make the ramen flavor base.
Boil ramen noodles according to package directions, then drain.
Add 1 Tbsp. sesame oil to a heated skillet and pour in frozen seafood mix and boiled ramen noodles. Stir-fry on medium to high heat for 4 to 5 minutes until the seafood is thoroughly cooked.
Pour in the ramen flavor base and quickly mix together, then plate. Sprinkle scallions and white sesame seeds on top.
