Tonkotsu Stir Fried Ramen

Ingredients
  • 2 x 200g packets of J-Basket frozen ramen
  • 2 to 3 cups frozen seafood mix
  • ¼ cup sliced scallions
  • 1 Tbsp. J-Basket sesame oil
  • A pinch of white sesame seeds

Ramen Flavor Base:

  • 1 serving Wakou #1 tonkotsu ramen soup base
  • 4 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. Kikkoman soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. J-Basket sesame oil
Directions
  1. FInely  chop the scallions. Mix together Wakou #1 tonkotsu ramen soup base , milk, soy sauce,  and 1 tbsp. sesame oil to make the ramen flavor base.
  2. Boil  ramen noodles according to package directions, then drain.
  3. Add 1 Tbsp. sesame oil to a heated skillet and pour in frozen seafood mix and  boiled ramen noodles. Stir-fry on medium to high heat for 4 to 5 minutes  until the seafood is thoroughly cooked.
  4. Pour  in the ramen flavor base and quickly mix together, then plate. Sprinkle  scallions and white sesame seeds on top.
