Tonkotsu Style Ramen with Kimchi

Ingredients
  • 3 Tbsp J-basket kimchi
  • 1 cup Kikkoman unsweetened soy milk
  • 1 Tbsp J-basket ramen soup broth paste
  • 1 bunch of J-basket chuka soba
  • 2 slices chashu
  • Green onion (as garnish)
Directions
  1. Boil soy milk in sauce pan and add soup base paste, mix until paste desolves.
  2. Add chuka soba noodle in boiling water and cook for 4 minutes.
  3. Pour noodle and broth into bowl.
  4. Garnish with kimchi and green onion and serve.
