Udon Salad

Ingredients
  • 1 pack J-Basket Sanuki Udon    
  • 2 cups napa cabbage    
  • ½ cup red cabbage    
  • 3 tbs Kewpie sesame dressing    
  • 3 tbs Kewpie yuzu dressing    
  • Top Taste Crispy Fried Onion(as garnish)    
  • Green onion(as garnish)
Directions
  1. Add Udon in boiling water and cook for 1 minute, run through cold water and cut into small pieces    
  2. Cut napa cabbage and red cabbage into thin slices    
  3. Combine udon and napa cabbage in bowl, drizzle dressing and mix    
  4. Place on plate and add fried onion on top as garnish
