Water Chestnut Puree with Sun Dried Tomato Bruschetta

Ingredients
  • 1 can Dynasty Water Chestnuts
  • 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
  • ¼ cup chicken broth
  • ½ teaspoon Jbasket sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1-2 sprigs fresh thyme
  • 1 french baguette
  • ¼ cup Sun Dried Tomato Bruschetta
Directions
  1. In a food processor, combine all the ingredients and blend well, until creamy. If it’s not creamy enough, you can add a little bit more chicken stock.
  2. Slice the baguette on a bias and toast them to reach a nice crisp on them.
  3. Spread some puree onto the crostinis and top with a dab of Sun Dried Tomato bruschetta and a sprig of fresh thyme.
