- 1 pineapple
- 2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
- ½ lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- ½ red onion, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- ⅓ cup spicy teriyaki sauce or substitute with original flavor
- 2 cups white rice for serving
- ¼ cup sliced green onions for garnish
- J-Basket black and white sesame seeds for garnish
